Ensuring a successful delivery is paramount to us and we want to make sure your packages get to you as quickly and hassle-free as possible! Most of the items we carry are shipped within 2-3 business days. However, these items may take a little longer to reach you, but we promise they are worth the wait!

SHIPPING DURING COVID-19
Our delivery times and options are currently delayed by COVID-19 restrictions. All carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers are affected.
What does this mean for your shipment + delivery? Your package may take longer to be processed by the carrier, causing packages to take longer to arrive at your location. Unfortunately these delays are beyond our control, but we promise to keep in touch when delays become known and we will do our best to get your package to you as quickly as possible.
Please allow additional time for shipping processes such as carrier scanning of packages, tracking numbers to be completed, and expected arrival dates. We are unable to refund shipments that experience delays during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Orders from “ Kallok's Arts ” are dispatched from Monday to Friday, with the exception of major French public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed and shipped on Monday. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or telephone.
Please refer to the shipping information on our product listings for specific production and shipping times. We are not responsible for the delivery of shipments to PO boxes, shipping/store locations, warehouses, freight forwarders or other similar locations. We do not offer refunds or replacements for shipments to these locations confirmed to be delivered by the shipping service provider (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
We are not responsible for delivery delays during shipping due to shipping carriers, including weather conditions, inaccessibility of delivery locations, packages that were delivered to an incorrect address or other unforeseen circumstances of delay. Although we do our best to dispatch your item in a timely manner, we have no control over your delivery once it is in the carrier's hands. We do not offer refunds for items that experience delivery delays that are confirmed to be delivered by the shipping service provider.
Please allow us up to 40 days to determine if your shipment is indeed missing or undelivered before a replacement can be provided and dispatched. In the event that a replacement is not available, a credit will be issued by the store. Items damaged in transit should be dealt with by contacting the carrier and filing a damage claim. We cannot offer refunds for carrier damage.
